SHIPPING POLICY

Once we receive your order, we do our best to process and package orders within 1-2 business days. Once processing is complete, orders are then shipped and are subject to 3-5 business days shipping time. Orders placed on weekends and select holidays are processed the next business day. During holidays, there may be a delay with shipping.

After your order has shipped, please allow 3-5 business days on standard shipping and international shipping 7-20 business days (not including holidays and weekends). If you have any issues with your order, contact us by email at thekutie@gmail.com. We will respond to your email within 24-48hrs.

As soon as your order ships, an e-mail confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address provided with your order.
